All orders ship from Germany. We work with certified Black Forest clockmakers and ship directly from our workshop to your home.

Is my order insured?
Yes — all shipments are fully insured during transport. If something arrives damaged, simply contact us first. We work with you to find a quick solution — from replacement parts to assistance from one of our US repair stations.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking usually updates within 24–48 hours.
What if my tracking shows delays?
International shipments may experience customs or carrier delays. This is normal and outside of our control, but your package is insured and we monitor every shipment.
