Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Germany. We work with certified Black Forest clockmakers and ship directly from our workshop to your home.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with trusted international carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
You will receive an estimated delivery window during checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
Will I have to pay import duties or customs fees?
Some countries may charge import duties or customs fees.
These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you’re unsure about the amount, please contact your local customs office for guidance.
Is my order insured?
Yes — all shipments are fully insured during transport.
If something arrives damaged, simply contact us first.
We work with you to find a quick solution — from replacement parts to assistance from one of our US repair stations.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking usually updates within 24–48 hours.
What if my tracking shows delays?
International shipments may experience customs or carrier delays.
This is normal and outside of our control, but your package is insured and we monitor every shipment.
If you’re concerned, just send us a message — we’ll check with the carrier.

Yes.
We provide setup guidance, troubleshooting help, and long-term support.
We also work with repair partners in the USA who can assist if needed.
